Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused or lightly tested only (for example, 1–2 sprays to test the scent)

  • Be in its original packaging, including box and bottle in good condition

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are heavily used, damaged by the customer, or missing packaging.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at najmanfragrances@hotmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

Contact us immediately at najmanfragrances@hotmail.com if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or leaking

  • You receive the wrong item

We may ask for clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right. Approved damaged/incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

Because fragrances are a personal use product, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Bottles that are heavily used (more than lightly tested)

  • Items with missing or heavily damaged packaging not caused by shipping

  • Sale items or discounted/clearance products

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please email us before sending anything back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different fragrance, the fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you have

  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the fragrance you want


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still don’t see your refund, please contact us at najmanfragrances@hotmail.com
