At Najman Fragrances, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with the same care we put into every bottle.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
(Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.)

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders of:

  • 2 fragrances or more

  • (Subtotal of $49 or more)

No code required — discount applies automatically at checkout.


Delivery Estimates

Standard USPS shipping typically arrives in:

  • 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Transit delays from USPS may occur and are outside our control.


Order Issues

Lost Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, or it is lost in transit:

  • Contact us at najmanfragrances@hotmail.com

  • We will open an investigation with USPS.

  • If USPS confirms it is lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong fragrance:

  • Email us with your order number and photo proof of the item received.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label.

  • The correct item will be shipped once USPS scans the return label.


Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Order Tracking

All customers receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
You can track your package directly through USPS.
